due to limited space in the salon, I’m unable to accommodate additional guests or children during appointments.
please plan to attend your appointment solo so the space remains comfortable and safe for everyone.
a consultation is required for new color and extension clients. a non-refundable $75 deposit must be made on all new color clients. this deposit will be put towards your final service total.
for all new and existing clients, card information will be securely stored on file in order to secure your appointment.
all service prices listed are starting prices. final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and service complexity.
any additional charges will be clearly discussed with you before the service begins.
i require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-call/no-show) will be required to pay up to 80% of scheduled service cost before re-booking.
due to the time, products, and professional services provided, all services are non-refundable.
if you are unhappy with your service results, please contact me within 7 days of the original appointment.
adjustments are limited to reasonable corrections within the scope of the original consultation and service plan.
adjustments requested outside this time frame may be considered a new service and may incur additional cost.
please communicate late arrival to me. arriving more than 15 minutes late may require having services modified, shortened, or rescheduled.
if an appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.
